Because of the recent economic crisis, we had some tough Decisions to make. Our options were to either follow the current declining market trends on our own and go foward into a uncertain future, or combine our efforts with some of our key partners and turn our 3 separate operations into a combined force that will be more capable to forge through these uncertain times. Well the choice was simple. We decided to merge with our partners with which we have had a relationship with for a number of years now.
